12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS COOKIES & SWEETS- PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS

It’s finally here! I have been patiently waiting to tell you all about my twist on the 12 Days of Christmas! My plan is to share and bake 12 of my favorite Christmas cookies for the next 12 days, as we countdown to Christmas Eve. With that being said, I had to start with one of my personal favorites, the peanut butter cookie!

Each year I always enjoy baking cookies around the holidays. In the past I have made a few traditional cookies and then I would buy an easy-bake, pre-packaged sugar cookie or peanut butter cookie mix to fill up my trays that I pass out to family and friends. But last year I thought to myself, why not try to bake the REAL deal peanut butter cookies?! It’s safe to say now that I have — I’m never going back!

These peanut butter cookies are what peanut butter dreams are made of. If people even have peanut butter dreams…? Maybe it’s just me! Anyway… this first recipe I have Pinterest to thank for! The cookie itself is so fluffy and the chocolate kiss melts in your mouth. I can be a chocolate fiend at times so when you put the two together, this cookie to me, is the perfect bite!
