Oh what fun, now that we are officially in December! Nothing but magical moments are on the horizon. From all the beautiful lights, to the festive music and traditions, new and old, bring us together to celebrate.

Now that we’re in December, the calendar starts filling up with all kinds of parties like extended family gatherings, work related parties and get-togethers with friends. If you’re hosting a party this year, maybe you’re looking for a theme, a fun game or something outside of the norm. Maybe something that represents more of your holiday spirit! There are so many ways to create a fun and entertaining atmosphere for your guests. While, keeping those budgets low and the fun radar can at an all time high!

This time of year, I always start planning my Christmas cookie baking list! There is nothing that compares to home baked goods to fill everyone’s bellies this holiday season. This got me thinking about how fun it would be to do a cookie exchange!
Each family has different favorites when it comes to sweet treats that are made each year, so why not combine the best flavors with your friends and family — You never know what you might try!

Over the years, I have practiced so many of my favorite holiday cookie recipes that have been passed down in my family. I love a good sweet treat during Christmas. Some of my favorites to name a few are coconut macaroons, peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies and the list could go on…. 🌲
